PROFESSIONAL MEETING FACILITATION

  • All sessions are professionally facilitated, allowing you to receive the maximum benefit for your time by focusing on content and discussion, not process and notes.
  • Facilitators have specific experience in handling and managing group dynamics, ensuring that all priority topics receive due consideration and all participants can make a meaningful contribution.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Farm Journal Media coordinates travel and lodging arrangements in the host community and distributes a travel information packet for all attendees in advance of the launch meeting.

NON-DISCLOSURE

  • All participants sign non-disclosure, confidentiality, non-compete agreements to ensure the integrity of the peer group process and to provide a completely safe place for members to share sensitive information.

 

Member Commitments

PARTICIPATION

  • Actively engage in purposeful conversations with your peers.
  • Willingness to provide your own personal knowledge and experience to your peer group.
  • Welcome recommendations and feedback from peer group members.

TIME

  • One and a half day launch meeting, at a neutral site.
  • Six 2 ½ hour Interactive Web-based Meetings.
  • Two and a half day Top Producer Seminar in Chicago, immediately following launch meeting.

INVESTMENT

  • Annual membership fee of $4,900, which includes two member “seats” from your operation.
  • Deposit of $750 due before the launch meeting; balance due after confirming a successful experience.
  • Members pay for their own travel and lodging.
